Price and Availability:

a. The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges, unless otherwise specified.

b. Flight availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond our control, such as airline schedule modifications and seat availability.

Payment:

Changes:

a.We can accommodate any change request for which you will have to pay an amendment fee of GBP 39.00 per booking plus the airlines change fee/supplier charges (if any). We will not be able to cater any change request, if it is not permitted as per the fare rules.

Travel Documentation:

a. It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure they possess the required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any other necessary permits, for their journey.

b. We recommend reviewing the entry requirements of your destination country well in advance of your travel dates to avoid any last-minute complications.

c. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

Customer Support:

a. Our customer support team is available to assist you with any queries or concerns you may have regarding your booking.

b. Please contact our customer support through the provided channels for prompt assistance.

Health Recommendation:

a.Recommended inoculations for travel may change at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you receive all recommended inoculations, take all necessary medication, and follow all medical advice in regards to the trip.

Insurance / Travel Insurance: -

a.The company strongly recommends that the client takes out adequate travel insurance via a third party insurance company to get the tickets insured.

Force Majeure :-

a.We accept no responsibility and shall not be liable in respect of any loss, damage, alterations, delays or changes arising from unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellation of schedules by scheduled airlines. You can check the current position in any country by contacting the foreign and commonwealth office.

Please note that as an independent travel agency, we act solely as a facilitator between you and the airlines. We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, but we cannot guarantee the actions or services provided by the airlines or other service providers.
